The hotel offered a low price, making it a decent bargain. However, cleanliness was a major issue throughout the room.

the supposed amenities were a joke. I thought I'd be getting upgraded but instead was met with dirty sheets & roaches. Due to my elite status, I expected sparkling clean towels without turning in dirty ones! I almost gave a good review, but why didn’t anyone take care of my comfort?

The TV worked fine, allowing me to unwind with some shows after a long day of travel.

The heat lamp in the bathroom was broken, leaving the space feeling uncomfortably cold during my stay.

I enjoyed the cozy Queen Room, although it took time to heat up. The wall-mounted heater worked eventually, providing relief on chilly nights. For breakfast, try the buffet, but be aware of the limited options compared to last year. Bring extra blankets for comfort!

We had a delightful family getaway at the mini golf course nearby, and exploring the Staunton River State Park was a great hit with the kids and my father. Despite some hiccups with check-in, the room was spacious enough for us all.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available on-site.

I also liked that the office remained open after 11 p.m., offering a sense of security. Additionally, the pool view is a real gem, providing a nice touch of relaxation during my short stay.

However, the amenities were quite basic without much variety offered during breakfast.

Wi-Fi was reliable and free parking was a plus. Room was cold at first.

Had a really comfortable stay in the King Room, Non-Smoking. The air conditioning worked great, and the fridge and microwave were super handy. I appreciated the complimentary toiletries and clean towels every day, which made life a bit easier during my stay.

Housekeeping could be a little more responsive.
